Before opening a request

Include the ServiceNow context that makes the issue reproducible.

The fastest support path is a short description of the translation workflow, the table or definition involved, the target language, and any error or exception record created by the app.

  • ServiceNow instance family/version and whether the issue is in sub-prod or production.
  • Translation Definition name, table, field, and target language involved.
  • Translation record state, exception message, or provider response if available.
  • Screenshots with sensitive data removed when UI behavior is part of the issue.
